Missions Witnessing – “Missions” is not a Scriptural/Biblical term. The Scriptural term is “witness.” The Greek word used for witness means martyr. Jesus didn’t tell his disciples to only talk to people about Him. He told them to give their lives for this thing.

Acts 1:8 but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”
Mark 16:15-18
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Acts 11:19-27
19 So then those who were scattered because of the [r]persecution that occurred in connection with Stephen made their way [s]to Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except to Jews alone.
20 But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who came to Antioch and began speaking to the [t]Greeks also, [u]preaching the Lord Jesus.
21 And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a large number who believed turned to the Lord.
22 The [v]news about them [w]reached the ears of the church at Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas off [x]to Antioch.
23 Then when he arrived and [y]witnessed the grace of God, he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with [z]resolute heart to remain true to the Lord;
24 for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And considerable [aa]numbers were [ab]brought to the Lord.
25 And he left for Tarsus to look for Saul;
26 and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And for an entire year they [ac]met with the church and taught considerable [ad]numbers; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
27 Now [ae]at this time some prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch.
