My Ministry Evaluation audio. Every pastor needs to be evaluated. We are voted on every week by people in the seats and by people’s giving, but beyond these people need to be questioned. It is good to hear what the congregation says positively and negatively about the pastor. This is an evaluation we had done on me called The Ministry Assessment Program (MAP) by an external group.

- He’s a roll model.
- Like him.
- Love him.
- God fearing.
- Gifted preacher.
- Awesome.
- Always happy.
- Feel good about him.
- Serious about obeying God.
- He is my father.
- Will teach what God gives him.
- He laughs all the time.
- He’s great.
- Growing in wisdom.
- Great heart for the people.
- If any weakness he wants to move too fast with no foundation in new people.
- He is the best there is.
- Best pastor I ever set under.
- Always there when you need him.
- Will speak his mind.
- They (my wife and me) are the same all the time.
- They live what they preach.
- On fire for God.
“How about the pastor’s wife? How do you feel about her?”

- She’s a roll model.
- Great person.
- You can go to them with anything.
- Precious.
- Rare and exceptional.
- Complement each other.
- Quiet but you know she’s there.
- She will fight.
- Very sensitive
- Will help the pastor.
- Good helpmeet.
- Speaks truth.
- Can be hard if she has to – good kind of hard
- Real source of strength.
- Sweet.
- Strong.
- Great common sense.
- Compassionate.
- Thoughtful.
- Good roll model.
- Wonderful.
- Cannot separate the two.
- She supports him.
- She does everything she’s suppose to do and to be.
