The Evaluation: How to Fulfill Your Potential. The evaluation is not a test. A test can be failed. An evaluation cannot be failed. We call a blood evaluation a blood test. It is not a test. It is an evaluation because you cannot fail it if you have blood. You are simply learning the type of blood you have been given. It is the same here. We are merely trying to learn your primary root gift and where you need to be planted in the church. One of the gifts of Ephesians 4:11 will be your primary root gift. Then there will be secondary, third, etc. This helps us understand ourselves.

The Evaluation: How to Fulfill Your Potential
This evaluation is not a test. A test can be failed. We cannot fail an evaluation. We call a blood evaluation a blood test. It is not a test. It is an evaluation. We cannot fail a blood test if you have blood. You are simply learning your blood type and what’s in it, precisely what we do here. You find what’s inside you concerning your gifts. We are trying to learn your primary root gift and where you best minister. One of the gifts of Ephesians 4:11 will be your primary root gift. Then there will be secondary, third, fourth, and fifth. This evaluation is designed to help us understand ourselves.
You should complete the evaluation. Even if you do not read the rest of the book or come to any sessions, you should complete the evaluation. It will show you your personal gifting. You will see things about yourself of which you are not aware. It would be best if you took the evaluation because, without the evaluation, we are only guessing your gift mix. You would not want a physician guessing at your blood type if you needed a transfusion. Also, even though you may highly suspect your primary gift, you will probably be surprised at your secondary and third gifts. I was.
The information is necessary to acquire an accurate picture of your gift mix. The more precise you answer the questions, the more accurately you understand your gifts. As you answer the questions, please do not be humble. If you are a very merciful person, then answer you are. At the same time, if you are a critical person, answer you are. Preciseness is vital for an accurate evaluation.
The Evaluation
INSTRUCTIONS:
The evaluation will require less than an hour of your time. I promise it will be time well spent. By only taking the evaluation, I learned valuable insights about myself. You will learn about yourself also. I assure you this. Find a quiet place, sit back, and go through the evaluation alone, or you can get with someone who knows you well and allow them to help you. Ask, “What do you think about this?”
Take your time and go through the evaluation. Circle the “0,” “1,” “2,” “3,” or “4″ on every question. A “0” means never, A “1” means occasionally this way, “2” means often, “3″ means nearly always, and “4″ means always. It is essential to circle a “0,” or “1,” or “2,” or “3,” or a “4” on every question. Leave no question unanswered. Do this, and we will figure out the score at the end.

We need to find the percentage of each gift. Do not stop with only the numerical totals. We need a percentage. It’s easy. This way, we will know the order in which they operate in your life. To do this:
1. Total all five above (A Total + B Total + C Total + D Total + E Total) to get a Grand Total number.
Grand Total __________________
The Evaluation
2. Divide each Total by the Grand Total and move the decimal point two places to the right, giving your percentage on each gift. Now, you not only know your primary gift, but you also know its percentage of activity in your life.

The highest percent is your Primary gift. The second highest is your secondary gift. These two are easy for you to use. The third and fourth are not as easy for you to use, but you can. The fifth is uncomfortable for you to use, but you know it is available for you to pull on and use when necessary.
